At your appointment we will discuss with you the cost of your treatment and each of your available payment plan options. This way you can make the best choice for you, your family, and your smile.

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive the best dental care whenever you need it. We are pleased to accept most major dental insurances. Our office is here to help you with your insurance needs, however it is ultimately your responsibly to check with your insurance company if your plan is in contract with our office. In order to maximize the cost effectiveness of your treatment, Wagner Family Dental accepts ALL insurances and is now a PREFERRED PROVIDER (PPO) with:

Appointment Cancellation & Missed Appointments
We know there are times and situations that may prevent you from keeping your appointment. If this happens, please realize that we need 48 hours notice to avoid a missed appointment charge. We require time to offer the appointment time to someone else, as we do not overbook our schedule.
If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged $100 per hour for missed appointments.
