Dr. Wagner’s positive attitude reflects upon his entire staff and trickles down to the patients. An enjoyable experience to say the least. I wish I could rate this more than 5 stars! Posted On: 03/17/2022 Recommended Haven’t been to the dentist for a while. I felt completely comfortable here. I was kind of nervous going in to a new dentist, but I got a great explanation of everything they were doing and I was instantly at ease. My hygienist made sure to always check to see if I was comfortable and let me know what she was going to do next. I never felt judged or looked down upon because my teeth weren’t perfect. I am very pleased and happy to have found a great new dentist to go to. And they accept Delta Dental!

Posted On: 12/29/2021 I went for A cleaning this morning at eight the dental hygienist was the friendliest and efficient hygienist I’ve had, her name is Brandi. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Wagner told me I needed to come back to have a crown done for a tooth with an old filling. My dental insurance was ending at the end of the month so they called me when someone cancelled.
Dr. Wagner and his assistant, Toni were wonderful I highly recommend this dental practice walked out of there with teeth cleaned and a new crown on one day.
They truly take patient comfort seriously.

Posted On: 12/09/2021 Dr. Wagner and his staff are wonderful. For me, it is never a peaceful visit to the dentist. LOL But the level of care, concern, expertise, kindness, and professionalism sure helped to minimize my lifelong dental procedure anxiety. I am so pleased that Dr. Wagner and his staff are who I turn to for all of my dental care.

06/03/2024 - An update to my previous review. Let me first say that the dental hygienist team always is professional, friendly, communicative and supportive. They are all the things that I mentioned above. I don't take issue with Dr. Wagner either, I just don't see him for the same length of time. My experiences over the last several years have been positive ones. My issue is with the front office staff. I don't know their names, except for Sarah, and honestly most of the time there isn't a problem. They are kind and friendly and helpful until you have to cancel an appointment. I know their policy and support it, however operationally they have no mechanism for cancelling an appointment when their office is closed. They can set their hours however they wish, that isn't the issue. I just want a way to cancel an appointment without being threatened or shamed. I am very sensitive to other's time and as I said support their policy, but I don't understand the horrible treatment when something out of your control takes place and you have to cancel. It is not my fault that they don't manage their message system until they are in the office. That is their operational failing. This has happened twice. In both instances it was because I was ill. I could have come in this last time (a few days ago), but I had a very bad cold and was coughing constantly. Having a cleaning and then filling repair wouldn't have worked. I am a reasonable person and thought I was being conscientious and respectful. Unfortunately I wasn't treated with the same regard. Today I went into the office for my cleaning (not coughing much anymore) and I shared with the hygienist that I was thinking of not coming back because of how I was treated. The only reason I shared was because of the filling work that still needed to be done. The front office must have heard because when I left, they wouldn't schedule my next appointment and were let's just say sarcastically sweet. One of them I didn't even know, but she apparently knew me. I hadn't made up my mind about leaving until that moment. I really appreciate Dr. Wagner and his hygienist staff, so it is a shame. When Dr. Ryan sold his practice to Dr. Wagner I was hopeful. Dr. Ryan's staff NEVER would have treated me the way the front office treated me. Fix your operational procedures around cancellations when you are not available to take a call. That would help people like me who try to be responsible.

UPDATE 06/20/2024
Quick update. I was fortunate enough to receive a call from one of the owners of this business and we had a good conversation about what took place. She was incredibly kind, humble and apologetic. She also shared what they are doing to improve the operational systems to accommodate last minute 'emergencies' that can happen in life. I felt they listened and have worked hard to improve. Posted On: 12/06/2021 My experience at Wagner Family dentistry was great! I had Brandi as my dental hygienist and she was so great! Very detailed with cleaning my teeth, walked me through everything she was doing, and incredibly friendly to chat with! She put me at ease throughout the whole process. Then Dr. Wagner came in and I had the same experience. Incredible friendly, good attention to detail and was easy to chat with. Loved the staff, the service, and everything in between. Every time I walk in, I'm greeted by name, the staff are all incredibly friendly, and they always take the time necessary to ensure I'm satisfied.
